Note to self : DO NOT add 'sambal belacan' in this noodle the next time. It tasted so much better the last time I cooked this without it. It was an experiment. Have extra of that curry paste I made, will add that to the leftover noodles when I reheat it today.Since I won't be cooking much today, will bake something special for my dearest hubby. He deserves it, he's been a wonderful husband and friend. :)
